By downloading or using the Where To app ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Where To is a travel discovery app that helps users find flight deals and destinations based on personal preferences, vibes, and travel styles. Features include destination search, saved trips, flight booking, and collaborative trip planning ("Wander Together").

3. User Accounts

You may create an account to save preferences and use collaborative features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Flight Booking

Where To facilitates flight bookings through Duffel, a third-party booking provider. By completing a booking you agree to provide accurate passenger information including full name, date of birth, nationality, and passport or government-issued ID details. Bookings are subject to the airline's terms and conditions. Where To acts as a booking agent only and is not responsible for airline policies, schedule changes, or cancellations.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Provide false or inaccurate passenger information when making a booking
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its infrastructure
Scrape, copy, or redistribute content from the App without permission
Interfere with or disrupt the App's services or servers

6. Flight & Pricing Data

Flight prices and availability displayed in the App are sourced from third-party providers and are subject to change. Where To does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any fare shown. Always confirm pricing and booking details before completing a purchase.

7. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services including Duffel (bookings), flight data providers, and analytics platforms. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code within the App is the property of VC Innovations Group and its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the App without express written permission.

9. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that results obtained from use of the App will be accurate or reliable.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VC Innovations Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, missed travel opportunities, or booking errors.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
